staff WAS friendly, and breakfast buffet had many options. I liked the location and view from our room. shuttle services to metro station were available during designated hours.

the pool is WAY too small for the hotel, and it was very crowded. It rarely HAD any sun because of tall buildings nearby. THE beach club was okay, but very noisy due to two building sites.

The location is amazing near the marina. Short walks to the beach are nice. Breakfast had various options and delicious meals daily. shuttle service to the marina mall and the subway station made commuting easy. i found this service especially useful for exploring different parts of the area.

the pool area felt small and lacked a real appealing design. this made it less inviting. It did not feel like a relaxing area. i believe improvements here could greatly enhance the overall experience.

The staff were very helpful. Especially Amani at the help desk! Evgenix at reception was also professional. I was upgraded for a good price during check-in. The room was spacious and the bed was MASSIVE.

The soluna beachclub being included in the package was a bit misleading because a fee was required. The location is accessible to everyone, and this diminishes its exclusivity as a special benefit for hotel guests.
